All prices for our apartments, as well as information about cancellation conditions, local tax, final cleaning and more.
Price Information
Our prices are quoted in euros per day and apartment, depending on the number of guests, excluding local tax and final cleaning.
Final Cleaning
A fixed final cleaning fee is charged per apartment and stay. Please refer to our price list for the exact amount.
Local Tax
The local tax in the Tux holiday region is € 2.60 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over.
Dog Fee
We charge € 30 per dog and stay.
Invoice and Payment Options
We kindly ask you to settle your bill on the evening before departure. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard. You are also welcome to transfer the amount to our bank account in advance.
Deposit
A 40% deposit of the total booking amount is required. This is due no later than 2 months before arrival. If you book later, the deposit is due immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 2 months before arrival, no cancellation fees apply.
2 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price.
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price.
Within the final week before arrival: 90% of the total price.
In the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price.
Check-in & Check-out
Your booked apartment is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 am on the day of departure.
Please let us know if you are planning to arrive after 8.00 pm.
